Coosa Valley's Service Industry Academy will train and certify you in communications, customer service, computer, and the essential business skills necessary to provide world-class customer service. Upon successful completion of the program, you will become a Certified Customer Service Specialist and be guaranteed an employment interview with one of the participating companies listed below:

The Service Industry Academy's Certified Service Specialist program is a collaborative venture of the participating business partners, Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education, Quick Start, and Coosa Valley Technical College. The program is HOPE grant eligible.
